No Audio in Teams (Web App)

  1. Click the site information icon, next to the address and select “Cookies and Site Data”.

  2. Select “manage on device site data”

  3. Click the trash can icon next to each site listed, then hit done

  4. Select Reload. This will refresh teams, and may ask you to log in again

  1. Once the page is finished loading, proceed to join the meeting, make sure your settings are correct (Speakers & Microphone). Make sure you allow access for any notifications
