Clearing the App Data
1.) Log out of motion softphone, and close it
2.) Open file explorer
3.) Click into the address bar and type %appdata% then hit ‘enter’ on the keyboard
4.) Right click on motioncx-agent and select Delete from the menu
5.) Close file explorer
