Sign into work or school account on the desktop

Getting prompted for Product Key in VmWare

1.) Open start menu in bottom left corner and select settings from the right side

2.) Select Accounts

3.) Select Access Work or school

4.) If you are not signed in, hit connect and log in with your contact us credentials

5.) If your account is already showing, click on your account and select disconnect

*a pop up will appear asking if you are sure, select yes*

6.) Re-add your account

7.) Open your office desktop app, you should not be prompted for the production key
