Connecting to Cisco AnyConnect VPN

  1. Right-click on the AnyConnect icon in your taskbar, or double-click to open the window

     
  2. The address should be webvpn.contactusinc.com
     

  3. Click Connect – in the Group Dropdown select PCI-EXEC-MFA
     


  4. Enter your username and password and click OK.


  5. On the next screen you should see the prompt below. You’ll want to enter the code from your text messages or the Microsoft authenticator app, whatever the default method is that you use when entering your MFA.
